1. Information We Collect
- Contact information — such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Messaging data — the content and metadata of messages you send to or receive from us (including delivery status and opt-in/opt-out records).
- Account and usage data — authentication events, portal activity, and device/log information (such as IP address and timestamps) generated when you use the Services.

- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
- To send operational and security alerts to the business owner/operator (the “operator lifeline”);
- To send account, transactional, and notification messages to users who have opted in;
- To respond to your requests and provide support; and

3. SMS / Text Messaging
Consent & opt-in. We send SMS messages only to recipients who have opted in — the business owner/operator for operational and security alerts, and users who provide their mobile number and agree to receive messages (for example, through our web form, during account setup, or by texting us). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out & help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
No sharing of mobile opt-in data. No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services (such as messaging delivery and customer service) is permitted solely to operate the Services on our behalf. All other categories of use exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers and subcontractors (such as our messaging/telecom provider and hosting/infrastructure vendors) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, solely to operate the Services;
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Quorum Works, our users, or the public; and
- In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this Policy.
As stated above, mobile opt-in and SMS consent data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Opt-in and opt-out records are retained as required to honor your messaging preferences and demonstrate compliance.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including loopback-only service binding, authenticated tunnels, passkey (WebAuthn) authentication, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP;
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
- Unsubscribe from non-transactional email communications; and
- Contact us with any privacy question or request.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
